Orders are processed within 1–2 working days and delivered within 7-8 business days depending on your city.

How can I track my delivery?

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused and in its original condition.

How do I request a return?

What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include photos of the damaged item. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Are return shipping costs covered?

If the product is damaged or incorrect, GetDiscounts will cover return shipping. For other reasons, the customer is responsible for return postage.
